Located in the heart of Macedonia, Kamara is owned and operated by the Kioutsoukis family, who migrated to the region from East Romylia (Bulgaria) during the early 20th century. The estate’s ten hectares are situated in the hills of Mygdonia, not too far from Thessaloniki. Most of the vines are dedicated to indigenous grape varieties, including Assyrtiko, Malagousia, and Xinomavro. This fun and fresh rosé pét-nat shows flavors of citrus rind, tart red fruit, and juicy watermelon, which lead to a slightly sweet finish. You’ve been warned– this fizzy sparkler is almost too easy to drink.
