Une Femme Champagne is a joint partnership between Jen Pelka (The Riddler) and various strong female figures throughout the wine world. ‘The Juliette’ is produced by wife-and-husband team Julie and Xavier Gonet of Gonet-Médeville Champagne. Fruit for this thirst-quenching grower Champagne comes from organically farmed premier cru and grand cru vineyard sites in Le Mesnil, Ambonnay, and Bisseuil. The wine ages for 29 months on the lees prior to disgorgement, which creates a textured, toasty, and insanely savory final wine.
