Soil, optimal location, and sustainability are all prime factors when seeking out fruit; ‘Griffin’s Lair’ is the darkest and densest Syrah in their lineup, showing flavors of black fruit, pepper, and smoke. Powerful yet bright; one of the best examples of Syrah in all of California.
