Produced at the hands of one of Burgundy’s best, this old vine wine oozes with flavors of violets, cherry liqueur, and grilled meats. Tangy acid and fine-grained tannins keep the wine balanced and bright, though we’d give this bottle a few more years to let its slight austerity mellow out.
