Domaine Leon’s Enchevetrer is 100% Pinot Noir from two historic lieux-dits of the domaine ‘La Chevetree’ and ‘La Grande Cote’ near the village of Landreville. This blanc de noirs has the signature of Clement Robert as well as the authentic expression of the clay-limestone and silty soils of this area of the Aube. The vinification process is done separately for each vineyard and each sees 10 months in used barriques and then 4 months in stainless steel tanks. Aged on it’s lees for 14 months and then disgorged this bottle is the perfect bottle of bubbles for any ocassion.
